We sell plant-based, dairy-free desserts. All product descriptions are accurate at the time of listing. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the delivered product.

3. Ordering

Your order is confirmed once payment is received. You must be over 18 to order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to issues such as stock unavailability or delivery limitations.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made securely via third-party payment processors at checkout. We may change prices without prior notice.

5. Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over £20. Deliveries are available to selected regions in the UK. Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. Perishable goods require someone to be available to receive them upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include photographs. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

7. Allergy Information

Our products contain NUTS (CASHEWS & ALMONDS). They may also contain PEANUTS, SESAME, and other NUTS (HAZELNUTS). Allergen information is clearly stated on product pages and packaging. Please contact us if you have specific dietary concerns before ordering.
