Our take on this traditional flavour is made from zingy cherry tomatoes, onions and garlic, roasted with oregano, a dash of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of soft brown sugar, baked until caramelised and golden. This is then blended with creamed cashew nuts to form a well-balanced, rich, sweet and tangy flavour.
